Volvo Cars is prepared and ready to help.
Personal safety is at the heart of Volvo’s purpose - providing freedom to move in a safe, sustainable and personal way. To ensure we fulfill this mission, we are taking the following steps to serve you in response to the developing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
The safety of you, our customer, and our team members are our top priorities. To support Volvo Retailers, and help ensure they provide a safe environment and experience for you and their team, we have provided guidelines based on advice from health professionals that can help limit exposure to the virus. These guidelines relate to both our facilities and cars.
Volvo Cars’ Canadian offices remain open for business with colleagues who can work remotely now doing so. We are taking multiple steps to minimize health risks to our teammates including enhanced cleaning procedures.
Our Customer Care and Retailer Support teams continue to function normally. In the event of a Retailer closure or if you are experiencing longer wait times, our Customer Care team is available to serve you 24/7, seven days a week . Parts and vehicle supply are not impacted at this time and our Roadside Assistance remains fully operational.
